This policy explains what Dad Strong HQ ("Dad Strong HQ," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit dadstronghq.com, join our free community, opt in to our Starter Pack, or purchase the course bundle — and what we do with it. It also covers the TikTok and Meta advertising tools we use to reach dads like you.
01 Information we collect
You give us directly
- Contact details — name, email address, and (on TikTok Lead Generation forms) phone number, when you request the free Starter Pack, join our email list, fill out a TikTok lead form, or contact us.
- Community & purchase information — when you join the free Skool community or buy the course bundle, Skool collects your account and payment details on our behalf; we receive your name, email, and purchase/membership status, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Anything you send us — messages, replies, or comments you send via email, Skool, or social media.
Collected automatically
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general location (city/region level), collected via standard web logs and cookies.
- Ad interaction data — when you engage with a TikTok or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad or lead form, those platforms pass us event data (e.g., form submission, click ID) as described below.
02 How we use it
- To deliver the Starter Pack, course content, and community access you requested.
- To send the emails you signed up for — onboarding, program content, and occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To process purchases and provide customer support through Skool.
- To measure and improve our TikTok and Meta ad campaigns — which ads led to a sign-up or purchase — and to build lookalike or retargeting audiences of people likely to be interested in Dad Strong HQ.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
03 Cookies, pixels & ad tracking
We use the following advertising and analytics technologies:

When you submit a TikTok Instant Form (Lead Generation ad), TikTok shares the information you entered directly with us so we can follow up — this is covered by both this policy and TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust ad personalization directly inside the TikTok and Meta apps under Settings → Ads. Industry-wide opt-out tools are available at optout.aboutads.info.
05 How long we keep it
We keep contact and purchase information for as long as you're an active subscriber or member, and for a reasonable period afterward to support customer service, accounting, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see the next section.
06 Your choices & rights
- Unsubscribe — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or email us at the address below.
- Access, correct, or delete — email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
- Ad personalization — manage this in your TikTok and Meta account settings, or via optout.aboutads.info.
EEA/UK residents: if applicable to you, our legal basis for processing is your consent (e.g., opting into emails) or our legitimate interest in running and improving Dad Strong HQ. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
07 Children's privacy
Dad Strong HQ is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
08 Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and rely on established providers (Skool, our email platform, TikTok, Meta) to secure the data they process for us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Dad Strong HQ grows. We'll update the "Effective" date above when we do, and for significant changes we'll let active subscribers know by email.
